Ransomes Jacobsen Ltd in Ipswich, Suffolk, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain a cloud-connected web application that powers autonomous lawn mower systems.

You will work with autonomy, robotics, and cloud teams to deliver a scalable platform featuring mapping, scheduling, remote operation, fleet management, and analytics. A Bachelor's degree and at least five years of full stack experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics/Mechatronics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications for autonomous fleet management and mission control.
• Build front-end interfaces for mapping, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
• Develop backend services and APIs for data, control, and system integration.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate with vehicle systems and autonomy stack (telemetry, commands).
• Implement data pipelines, analytics, and reporting.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable software deployment.
• Other duties as required.
