Full Stack Developer - Contract (6 Months, Outside IR35)
Fully Remote (Ideally candidate will be based near to London for Occasional Meet-Ups)

Day Rate Contract | Outside IR35 | Mid-Senior Level

£450-550 per day

A well-funded, fully-remote tech team is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for a 6-month contract to contribute to greenfield product development in the digital media and publishing space. The team is building innovative automation and AI-driven tools designed to improve data insights, monetization, and operational efficiency for content-based platforms.

You'll be working within a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering environment focused on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions with real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications using AWS (Lambdas, S3, EventBridge, etc.), Python/Django, GoLang, React, and other modern frameworks.

• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define requirements and deliver new features.

• Drive performance optimization and ensure systems are reliable and secure.

• Debug complex issues across systems and write maintainable, testable code.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical planning.

• Help uplift engineering standards through mentorship and code reviews.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Strong background with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).

• Proficiency in Python/Django, GoLang, JavaScript, and React.

• Experience building scalable applications and distributed systems.

• Ideally, exposure to ad-tech or digital publishing technologies (not essential).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first setup.

• Engagement: Day rate contract

• Location: Remote (ideally within reach of Bangalore for occasional team meetups)
