Job summary

Fruition Group in City of London is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to architect and build scalable web applications using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js/TypeScript on the backend.

You will lead design and development of high-performance systems, apply best practices in security, accessibility, and performance, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with product, UX and other teams to ship robust software.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• Proven software development experience, ideally React plus Express/NestJS
• SQL and database design on an RDBMS such as PostgreSQL
• Frontend state management (e.g. Redux)
• Git, CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Solid grasp of performance optimisation
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor others and drive best practice
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong collaboration and communication

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience or knowledge of blockchain (e.g. Ethereum, Algorand, Hedera)
