A regulatory body for health professions is seeking a dynamic Training & Development Partner to enhance the quality of Fitness to Practise cases. The role involves delivering impactful training, supporting case teams, and developing best practice standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in training within healthcare, strong communication skills, and a commitment to public protection. The position offers hybrid working with required office attendance in Greater London.
We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Partner to play a key role in enhancing the quality and progression of Fitness to Practise (FTP) cases. You\'ll deliver high impact training, support case teams with technical expertise, and help embed best practice across our operational processes. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will identify skills gaps, design and deliver engaging learning solutions, and ensure our teams have the tools, guidance and confidence to carry out high quality, timely investigations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a complex environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about professional development and public protection.
