Job summary

Henderson Group’s Delish Deli team in Northern Ireland is seeking a part-time Deli Team Member. The role involves serving customers, preparing and cooking goods, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced deli environment.

You’ll join a friendly team with opportunities for development. The position offers 16 hours per week with shifts 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Sunday, and a pay rate of £12.10–£13.45 per hour depending on age.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or foodservice is not required; training will be provided.
• A friendly, energetic attitude helps deliver the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first-class service to customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
• Work with the team to keep SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli counters fresh.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

As Delish Deli Team Member you will:

• Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli - remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we’ll provide you with all the right training.
