The team is based in Harrogate, so we're ideally looking for someone who can work alongside us in the office one to two days per week. Join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contribution will help deliver exceptional products with precision and care.

Responsibilities
  • Review stock levels across all locations and raise purchase orders (POs) in line with demand.
  • Create requisitions for components required to manufacture finished goods once POs are issued.
  • Manage and progress the purchase of finished goods and components through to receipt, maintaining agreed stock and service levels.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting product availability and customer service.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and contractor teams to ensure timely and accurate stock updates in the system.
  • Reconcile stock across locations, investigate variances, and improve inventory controls.
  • Maintain and manage safety stock parameters to optimise inventory levels.
  • Track inventory against budget expectations and report on slow-moving or obsolete stock with action plans.
  • Provide weekly out-of-stock and risk reports to the business.
  • Monitor and manage the receipt of finished goods on the ERP system.
  • Identify supplier performance issues and work collaboratively to improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and proactively manage supply delays.
  • Ensure timely and accurate ERP updates for stock data and delivery dates.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years' experience within supply, purchasing or demand planning.
  • Experience dealing with manufacturers and working to deadlines.
  • Experience using an ERP system and MRP systems
  • High energy, willingness to learn and the desire to get stuck in
  • Team focused with a can-do attitude and a positive, growth mindset
