Job description

A dynamic firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to provide hands-on recruitment support on a 6/9-month contract, managing full-cycle hiring processes and ensuring smooth onboarding across the business.

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing experienced hire and trainee recruitment in line with agreed hiring targets.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements.
  • Identifying appropriate recruitment channels and managing agency relationships.
  • Screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and providing timely communication throughout.
  • Participating in first- and second-stage interviews in line with company values and frameworks.
  • Managing offer and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Coordinating work permit, visa, and housing licence applications where required.
  • Overseeing onboarding activities and ensuring new joiners are fully supported.
  • Reviewing and improving recruitment policies, systems, and processes.
  • Collating and analysing recruitment data for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Providing oversight to offshore team members supporting recruitment administration.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. They will be confident managing multiple priorities, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively across all levels. A CIPD qualification (Level 3 or higher) or equivalent experience is preferred. Proficiency in HR or recruitment technology (such as Workday) would be an advantage.
