JAC Recruitment is seeking a skilled C#.Net Developer to join a dynamic team in London. You will develop and support the Bank's BI applications on the MS .NET platform using C#, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into robust software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven C# and .NET development experience.
• Strong Windows application development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical people.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Bank BI applications on MS .NET with C#.
• Analyze business requirements and design applications with Oracle/SQL Server.
• Perform unit testing, QA, deployment, and DR environment support.
• Support existing C#/.NET apps and provide general IT support with BI IT department.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled C#. Net Developer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of Bank's BI(Business Intelligence) applications using MS .Net platform with C#.
• Tasks include understanding business requirements, designing applications, business data analysis, programming in Visual C#.NET using both Oracle and SQL Server database, Unit testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Implementation, Production and Disaster Recovery environments supporting users and preparing documents.

Along with the application development, this role will also include supporting the existing C# and .NET applications. General IT Support to maintain environments will be also essential. This will be achieved by working together with the Bank's BI IT department.

Requirements

• at least 7 years of Proven experience in C# & .NET development.
• Good experience of Windows application development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical people.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services

Nice-to-have Skills

• Exposure to development within C# or other development technologies
• Experience and knowledge of Agile delivery
• Experience with CI and Automation tools

Contract and Compensation

• Contract: 1 year contract in the first year, then switch to permanent (depending on your performance)
• Location: London
