Syme Drummond are working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business in Glasgow who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 3 month fixed term contract. The role is hybrid with 3 days on site.
This is a varied role supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle - from employee relations and policy implementation to HR administration and project support. You’ll be advising managers on HR matters, assisting with investigations and grievance processes, updating contracts and right-to-work checks, and helping to deliver initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion.
