The successful candidate will partner with R&D and engineering teams to manage recruitment, onboarding, and policy design while modernising HR processes. Are you an energetic, hands-on HR professional who loves rolling up your sleeves and getting things done?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business as they embark on a major HR refresh - modernising processes, updating policies, and bringing structure and pace to a people-first culture.

Working closely with a highly experienced Head of HR, you’ll have real ownership of your function partnering with the R&D and engineering teams on everything from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, policy design, and process improvement.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety and momentum, someone who spots what needs done, gets on with it, and enjoys being a step ahead. You’ll have the confidence to take ownership but the warmth to fit into a genuinely nice, collaborative environment.
