Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and/or face-to-face training sessions for Level 4 Financial Adviser qualifications.
• Support and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and one-to-one coaching sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments and help learners set clear development goals.
• Work collaboratively with employers and internal colleagues.
• Maintain accurate learner records.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable FS Trainer and Apprenticeship Coach to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position combining two key responsibilities:

1. Delivering engaging training sessions for learners working towards the Level 4 Financial Adviser qualifications.
2. Coaching and mentoring apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, supporting their professional and personal development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services trainer to broaden their impact by helping learners develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the advice profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and/or face-to-face training sessions for Level 4 Financial Adviser qualifications (CII or LIBF).
• Support and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and one-to-one coaching sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments and help learners set clear development goals.
• Work collaboratively with employers and internal colleagues to ensure learner success.
• Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programmes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering training for Financial Adviser qualifications (essential).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A solid background in financial services (financial advice, paraplanning, compliance, or training).
• Qualified to Level 4 in Financial Advice (CII or LIBF).
• A passion for developing and inspiring others.
• Experience in apprenticeship coaching or mentoring (desirable but not essential).
• Teaching or coaching qualifications (e.g. AET, CAVA, DTTLS) are advantageous, but training will be provided.
