Job summary

Chadwick Nott is working with a mid-sized City law firm to recruit an FS Regulatory Associate (Non-Contentious). The role centers on non-contentious FS regulation, fintech, challenger banks and payment platforms.

Requirements include 3–6 PQE with UK private practice or in-house FS regulatory experience, and strong FCA/PRA knowledge under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

Our longstanding client, a highly profitable and successful City law firm has a strong FS regulatory practice.

Role

Focusing on non-contentious FS regulatory matters with strengths within fintech, challenger banks, payment platforms, various lending platforms.

• Advising in relation to the FCA/PRA handbook
• Advising in relation to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

Successful candidate

• 3-6 PQE qualified lawyer
• UK in house or private practice financial services regulatory experience ( if coming from in house you must have gained some post qualification experience within a UK law firm)
• Must have strong FCA/PRA and Financial Services and Markets Act experience
