Job summary

The Chesterford Group in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, handle tills, and support kitchen and counter operations. The role covers day and evening shifts including weekends, contributing to a friendly, fast-paced takeaway environment.

Responsibilities

To ensure we go above and beyond for our customers by ensuring they are served in a polite, professional manner and leave with a great big smile on their face.
To keep the front counter/service area and customer areas of the store clean and tidy when working.
To maintain personal hygiene and to always comply with uniform standards.
To follow any reasonable management requests to the best of their ability.
To operate tills and handle cash.
Assembling orders for takeaway, Click & Collect and Delivery via our 'My Chippy' app
Assisting Managers and Fryers to prepare food
