Job summary

KFC is hiring a Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You’ll be on the floor leading the team, setting the pace, lifting the vibe, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

This 36-hour-per-week role requires flexibility across the week, including early starts from 7:30am and late finishes up to around 12am. You’ll lead from the front, build your crew, and keep the restaurant running smoothly behind the scenes to hit targets and deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the shop floor, drive the restaurant to hit targets and meet expectations.
• Coach and support your team, celebrate successes, and develop staff to bring their best to every shift.
• Maintain smooth operations behind the scenes with stock checks, shift plans and prep to ensure the front runs like clockwork
