Pioneer Selection is seeking a Production Front Line Manager for a busy poultry site in Coupar Angus. You will lead a high‑volume operation, manage a team of up to 100 operatives, and work closely with Engineering, Quality and Planning to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory or management experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience leading sizeable operational teams.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a busy production area covering filleting and trimming, whole birds and packaging lines.
• Direct 6 Key Operatives and oversee up to 100 production operatives.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining health & safety, quality and efficiency.
