We are representing a well-funded startup building safe, beneficial systems that advance human progress. Backed by leading international investors and founders from some of the world’s most influential technology companies, this team is developing a next- platform for AI evaluation and reliability - empowering engineers and researchers to better understand and improve their agents. This role would suit someone who is a frontend developer, Founding Engineer, or a FullStack Engineer who is leaning towards the frontend.

The Role

As a Product Engineer focused on Frontend, you’ll help design and deliver intuitive user experiences that make AI evaluation seamless and insightful. You’ll take ownership of the customer-facing platform.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and researchers to bring complex AI technology to life through elegant design and thoughtful product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and build core features of the platform that allow users to visualise, analyse, and improve AI performance
  • Design intuitive end-to-end user journeys - from onboarding to detailed trace analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into accessible, high-impact products
  • Ship full-stack features when needed, ensuring smooth performance and scalability across the system
About You
  • 5+ years of professional experience building frontend products in TypeScript/React or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on clean, responsive layouts and great user experience
  • Product-driven mindset: you think deeply about the “why” behind what you build
  • Experience with relational databases and deploying applications to modern cloud environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly collaborative startup environment
Nice to Have
  • Background in developer tools, AI, or ML products
  • Familiarity with modern web stacks
  • Experience working in early-stage, high-growth environments
  • Python knowledge is a plus
Our client values in-person collaboration and connection at their early stage. This is an in-office role - You must be able to work in Kings Cross, 4-5 Days per week. Beautiful offices, full setup, focus areas and on-site Gym.
