Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Lead Front End Developer to build enterprise grade web applications using React and TypeScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You will mentor others, define development strategy, and leverage AI tooling (Cursor) as part of daily workflow.

• Proficient in TypeScript and React with ES6+ knowledge.
• Experience implementing accessible, high-performance frontend solutions.
• Familiar with modern tooling and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with account directors, creative, and client to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define and execute the development strategy for frontend projects.
• Mentor and develop other team members and lead by example.
• Implement and improve working practices across projects.
• Identify and research market trends to stay ahead.
• Collaborate in an Agile team with incremental releases and rapid iterations.
• Leverage Cursor AI to accelerate delivery and improve tests/docs.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and conduct code reviews.
• Estimate tasks for a wide range of projects and mentor junior developers.
