Noir is seeking a Front End Developer to join our fintech team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and deliver polished digital experiences.
The role emphasizes real-time communication with Websockets/SignalR, containerisation, and orchestration to support scalable platforms.
Qualifications
- 2:1 or higher degree in Computer Science.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript in modern front-end workloads.
- Experience with real-time communication using Websockets or SignalR.
- Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration platforms.
- Ability to craft clean, usable, and engaging interfaces.
- Collaborate across teams and with users to refine solutions.
- Innovative, proactive problem solver with ownership mindset.
- Financial services background is a plus but not required.
