Job summary

Lorien in London is seeking 2 experienced Front End Engineers to join an AI-focused programme delivering modern user interfaces. The role is a 6-month initial contract inside IR35, with 1-2 days per week onsite in London city.

You'll design and develop React and Redux based applications, taking features from prototype to production while shaping front-end architecture, API integration and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial front-end development experience.
• Strong knowledge of React and Redux
• Experience with TypeScript and REST APIs
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and testing

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern front-end applications using React, Redux and TypeScript.
• Build intuitive UIs for multiple workflows and complex data.
• Define and assess API structures with backend teams.
• Improve SDLC practices, including automated testing and coding standards.
• Develop unit and E2E tests with strong coverage.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines in GitLab with automated E2E tests.
