Job summary
Adaptable Design Co. is seeking a Frontend Engineer with solid React and Next.js experience to build fast, modern, and accessible web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, product leads, and engineers to create headless websites and digital products.
Experience with headless CMS platforms is desirable, with training and support provided. The role offers a hybrid working model with our studio located in central Birmingham and benefits including a generous holiday allowance
Qualifications
- Solid commercial experience with React.
- Strong understanding of Next.js (SSR/SSG).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- TypeScript knowledge.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Good eye for detail and quality UI.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced agency setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, high-quality front-end experiences using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with designers, product lead, and engineers to deliver accessible web applications.
- Contribute to headless websites and digital products with attention to performance and quality.
