Job summary

EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our London team. You will work on a modern stack (React 19, Next.js 16, TypeScript) within a monorepo of ~14 subscription-owned packages, shipping features that impact conversion, retention, and revenue.

You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end experiences across checkout, billing, and loyalty, while upholding strong testing, observability, and safe-rollout practices.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with React 19, TypeScript, and Next.js (App Router).
• Experience with TanStack Query and Redux Toolkit.
• Able to work in a large monorepo with complex dependencies.
• Track record owning high-traffic surfaces like checkout or payments.
• Strong eye for details: proration, currency, tax, localization.
• Familiarity with experimentation tools and A/B tracking.
• Testing culture: unit, component and visual regression.
• Collaborative with strong code review and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid conversion path end-to-end across the app and checkout flows.
• Own the subscriber lifecycle and post-purchase experience.
• Own the Loyalty UI and experience for players.
• Drive experimentation velocity with feature flags and A/B tests.
• Maintain technical health of revenue-critical surfaces with robust testing and observability.
