What You’ll Own

• Component Architecture : Help scale our React / TypeScript codebase by developing reusable, maintainable components using our shared PMH-UI library.
• Product Development : Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to build elegant user interfaces that handle scientific complexity with simplicity.
• Performance & Optimization : Proactively identify UI bottlenecks and ship improvements that make the platform faster and more reliable.
• Code Quality & Process : Advocate for quality, consistency, and velocity through clear standards, thoughtful abstractions, and testing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 2–4+ years of hands‑on frontend development in fast‑paced product teams.
• Tech Stack : Strong with React (Hooks, Context), TypeScript, Tailwind; experience with component systems and design tokens a plus.
• Platform Thinking : You care about structure, extensibility, and developer experience — not just shipping screens.
• Collaboration : Clear communicator who thrives in tight‑knit, cross‑functional environments.
• Craft : You sweat the details and constantly push for cleaner, more elegant solutions.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with scientific, data‑heavy, or domain‑driven products
• Experience working with or contributing to shared UI systems (e.g., Storybook, design systems)
• Some comfort navigating backend APIs (Django / FastAPI)
