Job summary

WeDo is partnering with a high-growth FinTech heading towards an IPO. We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join a fast-scaling B2C team that has grown to 300+ employees and is actively delivering new features for 2027.

You will work in a small squad with engineers, a designer, QA, and a PM, contributing to a journey toward an IPO while enjoying a clear five-step career development framework and a collaborative culture. The role offers a salary of £110,000–£120,000 plus bonus and shares.

Qualifications

• Experience with React and TypeScript in a mobile-first context.
• Experience integrating with AWS/Lambda serverless platforms.
• Proficiency with mobile app frameworks for iOS/Android.
• React Native experience is a plus and strongly valued.

Series E funded, Several Million Customers. Playing an integral role in an existing squad, you will be working alongside one other Senior Front-End Engineer, 3 Back-End engineers, Product Designer, QA and Product Manager. The team ship features quickly with a lot of additional functionality/workflows currently pencilled for 2027. Everyone has a voice in the team and someone who wants to stamp their identity on features is encouraged.
