You will be responsible for leading a group of engineers in the creation of a cutting-edge dashboarding system for observability data, ensuring high code quality and collaboration with product and design teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in frontend engineering combined with leadership skills to drive technical decisions and mentor team members in a dynamic environment. A strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a team lead.
• Proven experience as a frontend engineer; full-stack background is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for building high-performance interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Dashboards and Data Exploration team to develop a custom dashboarding system.
• Manage and mentor a team of full stack engineers while being hands-on with the Angular application.
• Drive technical decisions and set engineering standards.
