Role Overview

You'll be the face of the guest journey, overseeing personalised service and driving continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution
  • Manage and respond to special requests, personalising each visit
  • Lead and motivate a small, dedicated guest services team
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and reservations teams to ensure operational excellence
