Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House is a picturesque boutique hotel that occupies three buildings, two of which are 19th‑century manor houses bursting with character. The hotel has been newly refurbished with a decor based on Oxford style vintage fashion and is set amidst 3 acres of private gardens only 2 miles from Oxford city centre.
As our next Front Office Manager you will manage the Front of House department, ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the hotel. You will lead a high‑energy team, support staff, take initiative in reactive situations, and work duty‑manager shifts as required. Your focus will be on creating extraordinary guest experiences and delivering great service.
You will be part of a fun, high‑energy team that delivers excellent customer service to all guests. To help you settle into your new role, we will arrange a one‑night stay so you can experience our hotel first hand.
