Job summary

A leading financial services firm in London is looking for a Jnr/Mid-level Front Office E-Trading Developer to support their FX trading desk. This position involves developing bespoke trading tools, providing real-time support, and collaborating with traders and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, quantitative disciplines, and experience in a Front Office or E-Trading setting, demonstrating excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of FI markets, asset classes, and trading processes.
• Background suited to Quantitative disciplines (e.g. Quant, Financial Engineering, Mathematics).
• Experience in a high-pressure trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop bespoke e-trading tools for FX traders.
• Provide real-time support to the Front Office.
• Code and enhance analytics and pricing tools using Python.
• Support e-trading platforms and trade lifecycle processes.
• Monitor and resolve issues in live trading environments.
