Côte Brasserie in Bath is seeking a Cross-Functional Front of House Team Member who thrives on variety and loves working with people. You’ll rotate between roles from serving and taking orders to keeping the floor tidy and preparing drinks.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Friendly, fast-paced multitasker
• Strong team player and clear communicator

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and care
• Take and serve orders, answer menu questions, and handle transactions
• Run food, clear tables, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Monitor guest flow and seating plans and support guests waiting
• Adapt to different FOH roles as needed throughout the day
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service
• A people-person with a naturally positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
• Dependable, punctual, and always ready to learn
• Prior experience in customer facing role or hospitality is a plus
