Welcome guests warmly and assist with enquiries in a polite and professional manner. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest experience. Provide menus and explain daily specials, catering to guests' dietary requirements and preferences. Take food and drink orders accurately and liaise effectively with kitchen and bar staff. Handle payments and process transactions with accuracy and integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area to a high standard. Assist with event setups and support colleagues during busy periods. Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting Lighthouse Hotel Management's values and goals.
