About Côte Brasserie

We are an established hospitality business entering an exciting new chapter. Following a period of change and transformation, we are now focused on strengthening our leadership, refining our offer, and delivering consistently outstanding guest experiences across our Brasseries. Our Front of House teams are passionate about delivering a great guest experience, fortified by exceptional product knowledge and attentional to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering warm, attentive service — with a dash of your own personality.


• Guiding guests through our delicious menu of classic French dishes and wines


• Creating that authentic brasserie atmosphere, casual, lively, and full of heart


• Working closely with a passionate team that feels like family.

Who you’ll be

• A people-person who loves good food and great company.


• Experience in restaurants or hospitality is a plus, but attitude and enthusiasm are just as important, we will train you, our way


• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and is genuinely interested in our product and its provenance
