Stonegate Pub Company, via Golden Fleece in Chelmsford, is seeking Front of House Team Members. You’ll join a team that delivers friendly service, warm hospitality and great experiences for guests, supported by training and clear teamwork.

We value connection with guests, passion for beer and drinks, and the energy to adapt to a busy social venue. Join us for quizzes, live events, and a welcoming environment across our managed pubs.

The Opportunity

At Golden Fleece, we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team. We will provide all the training and support you need to build your skills. What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.

• Help prepare and serve our delicious food and drinks at Golden Fleece.
• Offer friendly recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

A little bit about us…

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. We cater for everyone and have something different every night, including quizzes, karaoke, DJ's, and live music! We have a heated and covered beer garden decked with HD screens all around. We also offer amazing food and drink deals all throughout the week whilst constantly trying new products such as guest ales and crafts to keep things fresh for our guests!
