Job summary

The George Tapps is part of Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues. We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to guide the team at The George Tapps Bournemouth and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a vibrant setting.

You will work closely with management to ensure smooth operations, consistency, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age due to alcohol sales.
• Previous front of house leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate front of house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate smooth service operations and maintain consistency across shifts.

The George Tapps Bournemouth, in the centre of town, is a great place for guests to grab a bite to eat or have a drink, with spacious surroundings and comfortable couches, plus a large decked outside‑seating terrace, which is the largest garden in Bournemouth. Our outside screens allow our customers to enjoy all the live sports inside or out. We are famous for showing sport and have multiple screens that can be seen wherever you sit, with three big screens, so just the best atmosphere on match days.
