We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and service‑led individual, with exceptional standards of customer service and experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in a client‑facing role, to join a world class, 5 corporate hospitality provider based in Central London.
Key Details
- Corporate Hospitality – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients at all times
- Deal with any client queries and attend client meetings if needed
- Inspire, motivate and lead your team
- Take a hands‑on approach, undertaking team duties as needed
- Take on Business Manager responsibilities in their absence
- Maintain the safety of the building and ensure facilities management of the building is maintained and continually updated
- Assist in the recruitment of team members
- Conduct daily walk rounds to ensure every aspect of the building is to the highest standards
- Assist the Finance Department as needed
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- 5 years hospitality, luxury brand or real estate experience desired
- Supervisory / Team Leader experience essential
- Experience in an operational or customer‑service based role
- Strong communication skills, ability to liaise at all levels tactfully and diplomatically
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
- Demonstrable supportive and nurturing leadership qualities
- Proactive problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Well presented, professional and motivated
