Client Services / Front of House Team Leader - 5
Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and service‑led individual, with exceptional standards of customer service and experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in a client‑facing role, to join a world class, 5 corporate hospitality provider based in Central London.

Key Details
  • Corporate Hospitality – Monday to Friday
  • Central London location

Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients at all times
  • Deal with any client queries and attend client meetings if needed
  • Inspire, motivate and lead your team
  • Take a hands‑on approach, undertaking team duties as needed
  • Take on Business Manager responsibilities in their absence
  • Maintain the safety of the building and ensure facilities management of the building is maintained and continually updated
  • Assist in the recruitment of team members
  • Conduct daily walk rounds to ensure every aspect of the building is to the highest standards
  • Assist the Finance Department as needed
Qualifications & Desired Experience
  • 5 years hospitality, luxury brand or real estate experience desired
  • Supervisory / Team Leader experience essential
  • Experience in an operational or customer‑service based role
  • Strong communication skills, ability to liaise at all levels tactfully and diplomatically
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
  • Demonstrable supportive and nurturing leadership qualities
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well presented, professional and motivated
