Holroyd Howe is seeking a Front of House Supervisor on maternity cover at Charterhouse School, Godalming. You will oversee the front-of-house team, ensuring superb service and high dining standards within a busy school catering environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to delivering a warm welcome and quality food presentation across varied shifts.

Company Description

Job Title: Front of House Supervisor (Maternity Cover)

Location: Charterhouse - Godalming Surrey, GU7 2DX

Contract Type: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 52 weeks per year.

Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor ( Maternity Cover until 1st November 2027) , oversee the smooth delivery of service at Charterhouse School. Working closely with the catering and kitchen teams, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome, exceptional service, and high-quality food presentation. This is a hands‑on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver excellence.
