Job summary

Caldo Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to support the team during busy shifts and ensure fantastic service. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and help maintain high standards across the floor and bar.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams on the floor or in a supervisory role.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to ensure great service.
• Support managers with day-to-day operations and standards on the floor.
• Coach and motivate team members and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and cash handling are up to standard.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently and professionally.
• Contribute to driving sales and maintaining high service levels across the lounge.

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Caldo Lounge a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day‑to‑day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
