Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Front of House Team Member to welcome guests, take orders and ensure a smooth dining experience. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and bar, contribute to a warm, efficient service, and deliver genuine hospitality every shift.

Full training will be provided, and a supportive team will help you thrive in a fast-paced, guest‑facing role across our UK restaurants. No prior hospitality experience required—your personality matters most.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is not essential.
• Personality matters most; bring warmth and genuine hospitality.
• You are warm, genuine and generous with your time.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks with enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following procedures.
• Keep an eye on every table so guests have what they need before they ask.
• Make every guest's first and last impression one they remember.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar so every plate and drink goes out right.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests.
• Handle payments accurately and with care.
