Job summary

A leading security solutions provider in Hartford is seeking a motivated individual to join their concierge team. You will be responsible for safeguarding people and property, providing exceptional customer service, and managing various security tasks. The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA Licence, possess leadership skills, and have a passion for creating an outstanding customer journey. The role includes a starting salary of £15 per hour, unlimited training opportunities, and up to 28 days of paid holiday.

Job description

Working within a highly trained and motivated security team, you will support the delivery of a truly exceptional customer journey for both staff and visitors. You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be part of a sophisticated and well organised concierge team. Your duties include (but are not limited to):

Responsibilities

• Safeguard people, property and reputation by following security procedures
• Deliver outstanding concierge service, maintain meeting rooms, manage deliveries and ensure the environment meets expectations
• Be highly presentable, communicate clearly and respectfully across all channels
• Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed
• Manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people and challenges
• Monitor and manage CCTV for the premises

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence
• Leadership and Management skills
• Valid CCTV Licence (desirable)
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
