Job summary

ROXY BALL ROOM MANCHESTER DEANSGATE is seeking a Front of House Team Member on a fixed-term contract. You will work within a vibrant, 18+ hospitality venue, delivering friendly service across drinks, food and gaming experiences, and you’ll be part of a large team up to 50 staff.

We expect energetic individuals who can lead by example, bring personality, and contribute to a fun, high-energy guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best guest experience on every visit.
• Serve drinks, food and gaming experiences to brand standards.
• Lead by example through teamwork and engagement.
• Maintain high standards in front of and behind the bar.
