We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Hospitality & Administration Assistant to join our team on Sundays. This is a varied role that blends front-of-house hospitality with essential administrative support. You'll be the welcoming face of our village, ensuring residents and visitors feel valued, while also keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional, warm reception service for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to a high standard, ensuring every experience is positive and memorable.
  • Manage telephone calls, visitor access, and booking systems for guest suites, event spaces, and meeting rooms.
  • Respond promptly and confidently to fire alarms and first aid situations (training provided).
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across hospitality and reception areas.
  • Support payroll preparation and general administration tasks for the Village Manager and wider team.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
  • Previous experience in both waiting (hospitality service) and reception roles.
  • Ability to drive (due to location and potential duties).
  • Confident and comfortable attending to fire alarms and first aid situations (training provided).
