Front of House Receptionist (Secondary)

HAY scale 4A-E (£20,892 - £21,222 gross actual salary per annum)

35 hours per week, Term time only

We are looking to appoint a friendly, approachable, and organised individual with a passion for customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front of House Staff member to join our school community.

The successful candidate will have exceptional administration and communication skills; an exemplary professional manner; a caring approach; and strong IT, literacy and numeracy skills.

You will assist with queries from parents/carers/students/visitors; answering the telephone and communicating messages/directing calls where appropriate; deal with incoming and outgoing post; ensure all visitors sign in and are aware of safeguarding and fire evacuation requirements; and assist with general office duties providing routine administrative support to the school office.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our students; enjoys working as part of a busy and fast-paced office environment, and has the ability to effectively multi-task.
