Key Responsibilities

Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, providing a warm welcome and farewell to all guests.

Maintain immaculate presentation of all front‑of‑house areas.

Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries, ensuring appropriate follow‑up.

Support the implementation of front‑of‑house procedures and health & safety protocols.

Manage visitor check‑in processes and ensure data accuracy across relevant databases.

Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
