Front of House Receptionist

We’re looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join our London office. In this vital role you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, delivering a first‑class Collinson welcome every time. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position that’s perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic environment.

  • Welcoming visitors with a warm, professional greeting
  • Managing the visitor log to support building security and emergency procedures
  • Operating the main switchboard and handling incoming calls with efficiency
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries or complaints
  • Reporting any issues with the building fixtures or fittings
  • Receiving and managing deliveries and packages
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, well‑equipped and ready to impress
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting vendor management
  • Organising office lunches and internal events
  • Building a trusted network of local contacts for recommendations
  • Supporting internal communications as directed by the Estates Manager or VP
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks
  • Managing post‑room duties including distribution of mail
  • Coordinating with housekeeping to maintain office standards

  • Background in hospitality (hotel front desk or cabin crew)
  • Fire Warden and First Aid training
