Responsibilities

To ensure all guests are greeted with a warm welcome.

To provide, primarily, all standard porter services for hotel guests in line with Standard Operating Procedures including delivering guest luggage, storing guest luggage and providing an efficient and hassle-free service to the guest.

To assist in lobby hosting / guest greeting to the required standard.

To assist in accurate and reliable regular department Health and Safety inspections.

To ensure the highest standards of security are stringently adhered to at all times with regard to guests’ property, colleagues’ property and hotel property.

To comply with and to ensure that all Safe Systems of Works (SSOW) are adhered to at all times within the department and the hotel.

About the Role

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.

We are a guest services department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. We deliver five-star service and support a positive, fun environment in a community of diverse backgrounds.
