Hybrid: Office based, 5 days in

The Role:

This position offers a varied mix of front‑of‑house, administrative, and coordination responsibilities, supporting the Executive Assistant / Office Manager and the wider business. It’s a busy, people‑focused role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. With future career progression to move into a PA position later down the line, offering exposure to senior leaders, project coordination, and business operations as the firm grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, clients, and investors.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared, refreshments arranged, and AV equipment set up.
  • Support general administrative tasks including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate global travel and accommodation bookings handled in‑house.
  • Assist with company events including logistics, catering, and coordination.
  • Provide support to the compliance team, arranging training sessions for new joiners and rolling staff programmes.
  • Manage office supplies, post, couriers, and pantry stock levels.
  • Undertake First Aid duties (training provided if required).
