Nando's is hiring Front of House Nandocas to join our team in a welcoming, high-energy environment. No prior experience is required; we will teach you the rest and help you develop new skills.

You’ll create memorable guest moments, greet customers warmly, and provide efficient service at the till and tables, upholding Nando's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; just show passion and willingness to learn.
• Customer-focused with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Reliable and eager to contribute in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilités

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for guests and make them feel at home.
• Serve customers efficiently at the till and understand their needs.
• Prepare and present food to Nando's high standards and ensure upbeat service.
• Deliver meals and drinks to tables and ensure customers have everything they need.
• Follow all fire safety, health and hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
• Support the team with flexible shifts and collaborative service.

• I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by creating a fun and relaxed environment for them to enjoy.

• I serve customers efficiently at the till – understanding and meeting their needs

• I serve amazing food to Nando’s high standards that make our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience

• I bring amazing food and drink to the table and make sure our customers have everything they need

• I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures
