Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience.
• Manage daily bookings, client flow, and team rotas across both locations.
• Drive service and retail sales activity and support stylists in goals.
• Oversee reception systems, process payments, and maintain client records.
• Place product orders and manage stock levels.
• Liaise with contractors and ensure salon maintenance.
• Be present on the salon floor and support the team daily.
• Represent Radio’s brand values through tone and communication.
