  • Full UK driving licence (essential – remote location).

Overview

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering world-class Highland hospitality? We are an award-winning luxury hotel and AA Rosette restaurant set on dramatic shores, seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team.

The Role: Front of House Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience, overseeing reception, concierge, restaurant, and bar operations. You’ll ensure every guest receives seamless, personalised service from arrival to departure, whilst inspiring and developing a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence, warmth, and attention to detail
  • Oversee daily operations across reception, restaurant, bar, and guest services
  • Drive guest satisfaction scores and manage feedback with proactive solutions
  • Manage rotas, recruitment, training, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with Heads of Department to maintain 5-star standards and consistency
  • Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and high-profile events
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior FOH role within a 4/5-star hotel or fine-dining environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and a genuine love for the Highlands
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (we use Reslynx) and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence (essential – remote location)
  • Live-in accommodation available
