As Front of House Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our building – the friendly face residents and visitors meet, and the person keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing parcels and keys, to coordinating maintenance, safety checks, and supporting community events – no two days are the same. You’ll make sure our residents feel safe, cared for, and truly part of the community.

What will you do?
  • Be the go-to person for residents, visitors, and contractors – always being approachable, professional, and friendly.
  • Manage parcels, keys, and car parking efficiently, keeping everything organised and secure.
  • Carry out safety checks and monitor CCTV to keep our communities safe.
  • Log and resolve resident enquiries, maintenance requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, shaping a culture of great service.
  • Help set up and improve front of house processes, standards, and ways of working.
  • Assist with community events, inspections, and viewings to make every space welcoming.
  • Support with delivering accurate and high‑quality reporting by deadlines. Ensure Property Management Agreement KPIs are achieved and provide sound operational recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Update online property listings on the marketing portals, manage and create social media content and scheduling, support with marketing campaigns. Conduct viewings and manage any walk‑in viewings or enquiries, complete viewing feedback and submit applications.
  • Commercial awareness, plan and execute marketing strategies to drive performance KPI’s. Support with data reporting and analysis, including local market insights.
  • Oversee mid‑term inspections, the move‑in and move‑out process, ensuring (Standard Operating Procedures) SOPs are followed while providing a great resident experience. Oversee apartment inventories, utility meter reads, 3rd‑party billing accounts management if applicable and deposit returns are done with SLA’s.
  • Assist with the organisation and planning of Resident events. Promote interaction of residents through socials, activities and encourage residents to utilise the communal spaces.
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in residential property, hotels, leisure, or community management.
  • You thrive on delivering outstanding customer service and can handle tricky situations with calm and confidence.
  • You’re organised, proactive, and can balance multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail – whether it’s a smile, a handover note, or a maintenance log.
  • Tech‑savvy enough to use Microsoft Office and property/booking systems confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and building systems.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus.
