Front of House & Legal Support Administrator

We are hiring and offering a full-time role 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday in our Skipton office.

Moore Family Law is a reputable and dynamic niche and specialist Family Law Solicitors and mediation practice. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team. You will be the welcoming face and voice of the firm, providing the first point of contact for clients and visitors, whilst also offering administrative and secretarial support to our solicitors and fee earners. This dual role requires a professional demeanour, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.

Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn legal practice management software are a must as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner, a professional appearance and pro-active “can-do” attitude.
