Pret A Manger is seeking a Front of House Leader at our Warren Street shop to coach and mentor in-shop teams, uphold Pret standards, and keep customers happy even during busy periods. You’ll be a people-focused leader who helps the shop thrive through energy, warmth, and a commitment to excellence.

Base pay rate is £14.10 per hour with additional shift bonuses, offering an engaging and fast-paced environment where growth and customer service are at the core of daily operations.

Leaders, inspirers, and drivers of their teams, our Front of House Leaders are our in-shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams. These wonderful people are the protectors of the things that make Pret, Pret – keeping standards and spirits high, and our teams and customers happy. When the shop gets busy, so do they; it's what makes them, them - whatever it's rolling their sleeves up on the coffee machine (with training, of course) or immersed in the figures and spreadsheets. A people person without a doubt, with a passion for helping their shop, and the people in it grow.

Base Pay Rate:£14.10 - £14.10

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

The Pret interview journey

Then, if we move forward with your application, we’ll start the process with an initial phone screening. The next stage is a 60-minute shop-based interview with the General Manager and the team.
